I had recently ported to Vodafone from bsnl and it’s not even been a month since they’re deducting amounts of rs 30 and rs 15 just now without even activating any vas from my end. earlier rs 30 was deducted I don’t know why some vas was activated and then another rs 15 deducted called model paradise and I had to cancel it by sending stop to 155223 so that it won’t happen again. just now after I recharged again rs 21 was deducted saying hotshots is active on ur number. I don’t understand how and when did I authorise all of this. I have lost rs 66 and it seems like they’re waiting for me to Recharge. I have never applied for any services which charges me and I had to cancel the same by sending sms to them thrice. due to. all this I tried porting but the wait period is not over. I demand my money to be returned back asap. this is getting out. of hands and I am really frustrated with the service.
