I purchased Moto G Plus ,Next Gen. by paying Rs.14999/- through Amazon.com on 7th of july 2016,My phone stopped working in Nov.2016.I talked in the company to replace it as it is in guarantee period but they denied.I went to the service center in Pune & submitted it for repairing but till today I didn’t get my phone back.Whenever I go there they say it is not mending yet & it is companies fault.What can I do now.

I purchased moto g turbo in month of Jan 2017, due to heating and battery problem i submited to its service center and i got it after one month…And i didnt found any changes and i got it with new problem i.e Hanging. Reply soon otherwise i have to complain it to consumer forum
