Sir with due respect and humble, I Mr kamalakanta Jena buy a job sim worth Rs 408 ( membership+ recharge )by following ekyc through my adhar number,(biometric) on 18 may 2017 but it is not activated after I wait more than 96 hours. Earlier I complain this matter to jio costumer care on 19 may 2017 . My service request number is sr000009k829. I requested several times to jio care to solve this but they fail to solve my problem till date. So I request you please solve this matter as soon as possible and give me an opportunity to trust you better.
