Brand name damaging activity by Roshanpura, Lenovo Service cenrter Bhopal. I was on vacation in M.P & I had given my Lenovo K4 for servicing to Lenovo Service Center, Plot No. 135, Roshanpura Road, New Market, Malviya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462003. Phone: 0755 405 6651 They told that mobile is liquid damaged & need to change Mother board which would cost around Rs 8000 INR. So I decided not to repair. I took back the mobile. But instead of giving my mobile of IMEI 860933034584111 they gave me old mobile & completely damage mobile from inside which I came to know when I gave it for second opinion in Pimpri, Pune service center. In Pimpri Pune service center they told me that IMEI no written on Bill & IMEI no on mobile is not same. Pimpri Pune service center work order no. – SOIN1264791706160053. This is very illegal activity done by the Bhopal center & service authorization should be cancelled for this center. This is damaging the Brand name of Lenevo.
