Frank Ross Pharmacy – Consumer Review

On 06/06/2017 at 20:20 my wife purchased two medicines for my daughter Adrija from Frank Ross, Ichapur Branch shop vide your invoice no. 5078 dated 06/06/2017 (copy enclosed) out of which container of one medicine viz. OLOPAT OD DROPS was empty. I came to know that, the bottle of the aforesaid medicine was empty only when I tried to use the same after breaking the seal and immediately I have reported the matter to your shop to get replacement of the medicine immediately i.e. at 21:25 on the same day. The gentlemen in the counter verified the veracity of my claim and verbally admitted that, my claim was genuine. They did not give any replacement of the medicine as they proclaimed that, your organisation does not have such immediate grievance redress system but, they advised me to give an application for the refund of the amount. Although I was ready to submit my application immediately but they refused to receive the same stating, the shop manager was not present at that point of time and the application had to be handed over to the manager only. The veracity of my above statement is supposed to be recorded in the closed circuit TV of your shop. Finding no alternative once again I purchased the same medicine from your shop vide invoice no.5100 dated 06/06/2017 . In view of the above I therefore request your honour to refund the price of the medicine at the earliest.
