I am resident of NMDC colony EAST Anandbagh Malkajgiri, Hyderbad 500 047. My consumer no. is SAI35187. My LPG Distributor is SAIEESH ENTERPRISES R.K. NAGAR HYDERABAD-500047 Telangana state. On 13/6/2107 gas cylinder was supplied by the above distributor vide cash memo no.3000041635 dt.10.6.2017. Hitherto my gas subsidy was being credited to my AXIS Bank Account 9120xxxxxxxxx02 Malkajgiri branch Hyderabd as I have linked my AADHAR number 3181xxxxxx22 to this account. But this time the subsidy is not remitted to my above account for the above supply so far. Recently as per Govt instructions and as per Airtel mobile service provider message I have linked my AADHAR card to mobile no.9989940945. I donot have any account with AIRTEL BANK. But surprisingly I received a message to mobile no.9989940945 that the subsidy is credited to Airtelbank in which I do not have any account at all and I have not linked my aadhar card to Airtel bank account. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to credit my gas subsidy for the supply made by M/s.Saiseesh Enterprises R.K.Nagar Hyderabad-500047 against receipt no.3000041635 dt.10-6-2017 to My AXIS BANK Account Malkajgiri branch. I will be thankful if a reply is given at an early date.
