I have collected my Jio Mobile Model F90M on 29.10.2017. The mobile does not charge at all (Switch off, battery not working, etc) I can’t use this mobile due to bad quality. I am very much disappointed with the Jio Mobile .Due to the bad service and quality I would like to return this mobile and take my deposits back . Kindly inform me how to collect the refund.
