I gave order for a cake to be delivered on 24 Dec 2011 through indiaflowerplaza.com. On 24 Dec mornig when I asked the customer service executive whether the cake will be delivered on time then she told that it will be delivered by 3 or 4 pm. Again when I call her at 4 pm she told that the order will be delivered at 8 or 9 . At 9 pm when I called to enquire regarding the status she told that the order is cancelled by her manager and the email has sent to my email. I asked her whether this is the correct time to say that the order is cancelled she behave like it was my mistake that I gave order from the site. I absolutely agree that It was my mistake to trust such people. I saw many many complaints aganist the same company. So I request all of you not to entertain them by placing your order.
