I Made online payment of Rs.984/- to A1webstores for two magazines on 20 October 2014 but till today not received a single copy of the magazines. Called to the concerned person and mailed three timed but not responded with positive result.

Rupees 984/- has been debited from my bank account on the date and not received any issue of the periodicals to me. Actually these publications were gift for my kids. My kid is still waiting for the magazines. Its three months now for my payment. I want my money back with proper interest on it and the call charges, I paid to contact and request regarding delivery.
