Gujarat College, Ellis Bridge, Ahmadabad – 380 006, Gujarat (India).herein after called the AGENCY NOW THIS LETTER WITNESSED 1. the BIDDER had registered itself for participating in the above mention tender through E-tender portal https://sjvn.abcprocure.com, by paying the Annual Vendor/Contract Registration charges in e-Tendering portal which is 2600/- + S.T. 2. The payment option for EMD in the above mention Tender is through ONLINE only. 3. On 29th October, 2014 an email is received by the BIDDER from the AGENCY regarding the registration for their new service for paying EMD online through NEFT/RTGS (EMAIL ON 29.11.14 FOR REGD. ATTACHED). 4. The BIDDER as per the direction mentioned in the above received mail from the AGENCY made an NEFT of Rs. 177500/- for EMD from his account dated: 30/10/2014 vied Jammu & Kashmir bank UTR NO. JAKA141030821085. 5. This above said NEFT of Rs. 177500/- had been reflected back to the BIDDER account on 1st Nov, 2014 stating that “the account no.SJVNABC39391 provided does not exist”. 6. The BIDDER had contacted the AGENCY’s technical support personnel Mr. Hitesh/ Tapan Desai on the available contacts no. 07940016xx regarding the bounce back of NEFT for that the AGENCY technical staff said this is because of some technical error and suggested the BIDDER to make the payment online on 3Rd Nov, 2014. 7. Accordingly, the BIDDER had made an ONLINE Payment for EMD of Rs. 172000/- on 3rd Nov, 2014 through INTERNET BANKING of Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Also, bank statement clearly specifying the debited amount of Rs. 1720020.00 on 03.11.2014.(BANK STATEMENT COPY ATTACHED) 8. On 5th Nov., 2014, when the BIDDER is trying to submit his final bid on www.sjvn.abcprocure.com for the Tender no.
