Dear, I booked a ticket from abhibus.com site with SRS travels. When i went there ,i was refused to board it. I lost my planned journey,my time and my money too. Wonder why it all happened,just because the website was operated by mobile and its male/female option was freezed to ‘Female’ 🙁 I was very bluntly told on arrival ,by the bus service person and even abhibus staff that no refunds,no adjustments. SRS TRAVELS at kachiguda expected me to go their HO physically. They made me literally beg for my seat ,for which i had already paid. my faith and trust washed away from a brand like abhibus.com Order number O_3835908 Looking forward for the money refund. Bus ticket money of Rs.966.00/- i was made to wait and argue for my seat. I was insulted and shouted at in the connecting bus by the conductor.The staff misbehaved. Had spent lot of money calling to different individuals via mobile I missed my next day at office.
