We have subscribed to BSNL’s BBG combo ULD plan called. This includes, 8 GB broadband usage in day time unlimited internet. It also includes350 free calls. Additionally, we have subscribed to Gujarat-Lo-Kar-Lo-Baat plan @ Rs. 171 – which gives unlimited calls to any BSNL landline / mobile. Suddenly, Aug 2013 Bill received in September-2013 got increased and while checking I found that even though 175 free calls were not done, they had charged for non-BSNL calls. without any kind of communication. . Rollback of the changes in criteria. Sole reason for selecting Gujarat-Lo-Kar-Lo-Baat plan is to make free calls to BSNL end points. Broadband BBG combo ULD plan 350 free calls Even though anyhow after that we are receving the differnt amount bill.For that plz confrom from your side & gives detialis bill or how b s n l calculate the bill plz let me know the systam
