i was recharged my bsnl no. 8989151944 by 270 Rs. for internet data pack on 12.11.2011 from karnataka circle, but till data pack not recieved. i told to mobile shop keeper to return my money but he told me money is deducted from account..so kindly help me. costomer care executive are also not supporting.
