sir, i bought a fancy watch on 27th of January, 2010 from Kwality gift corner, new alipore, I asked for the receipt. The owner neglected to do so. when i forced them to give then at last they provided one but to my surprise the receipt didn’t have the name of shop and nothing else about the shop. when i asked they started misbehaving and even told me to return the watch and in end forcefully done so. please help me….
