I had remitted Rs 380.00 thru DD to ABP P Ltd on 148\2013 for delivery of Special edition of two magazines published by the company on Durga Puja including courier charges as demanded by them. But while they have delivered one magazine on 8th of Oct2013, in spite of repeated telephone calls they did not deliver other one. They did not provide me any definite response not offered any apology for the inefficiency.

I want them to supply the other magazine immediately with an apology. I also want them to return the excess amount they have demanded from me as courier charges. And for the agony caused to me for last two months and failing to deliver the magazine in time, which will be available in open market in one-tenth price, I want compensation of Rs 25000.00 to prevent them to treat us like that.
