I booked a packet containing printing machine dye on 9th Oct 2013 at Noida branch for ALWAR delivery vide locket no. Z05403633 dtd 9th oct 2013.As per delery system it should reach Alwar by next day ie on 10th oct 2013.On 11th Oct when i enquired about not receipt of packet,it was told to me that by today evening it will be delivered.I m sorry that it was delivered to me on 14th oct 2013 at 2PM after 5 teliphone reminder.

I want at least Rs 20000.00 as penalty for late delivery of packet after 5 days.
