I got transfer to Surat and I need to install a split AC (voltas 1.0 Ton). I got the contact of Anil Patel dealing in AC services through http://yellowpages.sulekha.com/. He come with his team on 12.04.2014 and installed my AC and charges 2100 rupees (Installation charge + Gas filling charge). But on next day when we started our AC we found no cooling done by AC because of no gas in AC this may be due to leakage from the joints made by Anil Patel and his team during installation. Since then I am trying to contact with Mr.Anil Patel almost daily to fix my AC problem but he is not solving it and and today he asked for extra 1500 rupees to solve my AC problem. How one can ask for money again and again for the same job. He didn’t make and test the joints properly during installation. As this is a direct attack on the consumers right and a kind of loot. I requested you please resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Either they fix the problem without charging extra money or return my money.
