Acer Tablet W4 – 4 days of purchase the tablet problem start poor service by centre

Dear Madam / Sir, Please be informed that I had purchased Acer tablet W4 from M/s Reliance digital (attached invoice) & within 4 days of purchase the tablet malfunctioned. The complaint 577350i was lodged to Acer call centre, who advised me to take the same to the service station M/s Digicomp Complete Solutions Ltd. The tablet was deposited to M/s Digicom vide their service report no. 1409 on 04/01/2014. I regret in spite of my regular reminders & below offered replacement date I haven’t received the replacement or any satisfactory reply from the concerned person I therefore request you to arrange the refund of my money of Rs. 27398/- as per attached invoice including the cost of spares purchased for the tablet immediately
