I registered for a new internet connection of ACT Broadband on Dec 22nd 2013, my saf no. For the same is 97668 and registered mobile no is 9740617007 for a plan of 999 per month for the period of 6 months. I have paid Rs 6735/- on Dec 22nd 2013. As per the company policies the installation for the same should hav been done within 7 days. But no installation has happened, so I registered a complaint on jan 11th 2014 the ticket no. is 2107337. Still there was no action taken so again we registered a complaint on jan 12th request no. is 0001592781. After this I hav made many calls to the customer care following up this issue. I even asked for the refund of the amount but they didn’t respond properly. Please take care of this issue as they neither providing the service nor refunding the amount.
I want broadband service instantly with a apology letter or refund with an apology letter with compensation for the inconvenience I have been through.
