Dear All, I have dispatched some important documents on February 20, 2014 from Muzaffarpur, Bilhar vide Blazeflash POD no. 236978488 for Visakhapatnam till now the blazeflash has neither delivered the docs nor giving any response. The customer care no of the company is either false or non operational. This is the poorest courier service provider of the country.

Blaze Flash has so many complaints registered against it. Will the management care to look into this matter in an era where customer care matters the most ?
