ACT Broadband Delay in Restoration of Connection

My account number with ACT is 956631. I have made a pre-payment of 7072 for 6 months out of which I have used for 4 months with some disruptions in service at times. Last to last Saturday (27 Dec 2014) I amde a complaint regarding disconnection of wire to my house one person turned up on Monday and told to request GX connection so I placed a request on the same day. I got a reply that in 24 hours I will be attended after many emails and telephone calls to help desk finally a person came last Saturday(3 jan 2015) and collected Rs 2100 promising that he will get internet restored by next day 11 am. After he didn’t turn till 12 pm I tried to reach him he never answered my call. After this I again tried contacting help desk when I call they will make false promises when i email most of the times they don’t reply.

I missed on mutual fund SIP’s which maybe a potential loss in future. My utility bill payments also got delayed.I am also not able to clear Credit card O/S if any interest is added I need to be compensated with that also. If they are not able to restore let then refund remaining amount for 2 months + Rs 2100(taken for RX installation which never happened). I would be happy if they compensate me missing SIP’s.
