ACT Broadband Facing Disconnection

I am facing disconnection problem on and often with the broadband service ACT Broadband have taken full month amount in advance but are not responding for days to my complaint. No one is attending the phone even. Service provider is troubling me lot.

Advance amount paid Rs 550 with installation charges of Rs. 1250

Want my connection charges and advance amount back so that I can apply to other service provider.
