Hi, I had booked a three bhk flat with Dreamz India Infra Ltd, Bangalore in 28.5 lacs. I had paid them 5,70,000 as 20% advance. Since there was no progress on work whatsoever I decided to cancel my booking.It was accepted by Dreamz India infra ltd and then they gave me post dated check of 3.0 lac (dated 20-0ct-2014) and 2.68 lac (21-oct-2014). When I presented those checks to the bank it was bounced due to insufficient funds. When we are trying to follow up with Dreamz we are not getting any response from them instead they are disconnecting my calls. I am really having tough time as my hard earned money is trapped with frauds. Please help to get our money back. Please help me. I don’t want it to happen with any one else. I want my money back. and builder should also be punished so that other will not face any such problem.
