ACT Broadband – Fiber net connection damaged

I applied for ACT Fibernet connection on 20th March’15 (given customer ID: 3149895). After that linesmen came and fixed a junction box with wiring done , in my property, saying connection will be done in 7 working days. Its almost a month and I don’t have connection. I raised many complaints (tag no: 0004265141), for which I never had satisfying answer (captioned tickect used to get resolved automatically without addressing), ultimately in second wek of April’15 they said ‘due to high tension cable in my locality they can’t give me connection’. I asked them without doing a proper survey about feasibility of connection, how come they fitted the box and damaged my property, for that they don’t have any answers. I also checked with locaites about High Tension Cable issues in my area, they all said ACT is fraud and lying, also added that many of them had faced similar issues with ACT Fibernet connection. I want my connection or total refund for structural damages as well as the amount that I have paid (1700 INR). I have all supporting documents as well as photographs connected to this case. Kindly look forward into the matter.

I want my refund for connection I asked for (Rs 1679/-)and the damage refund (At least Rs 10000/-)
