ACT Broadband – Frequent disruptions & long delay restoration

We are facing frequent disconnection in our connection. It happens at least once in a month. Each time they promise to restore it in one day and take at least 3 days. They give us the same reasoning every time that some fiber got disconnected and it takes longer time. I am not sure how only ACT fibrenet faces such problem where as other providers like Airtel never face such problem. The people in customer explain that their engineers can’t do it one day. I feel they shouldn’t mention one day restore promise in such case. This disconnection happens every time they are doing maintenance. I Dont get the point of maintenance if it disrupts the connection.

We are young people who just started working. We have to keep learning everyday to keep up with competition. We use internet sources to learn lots of stuff. We also work from home one some days for which we need internet connection. So due to these disruptions we are losing time and our opportunities.
