ACT Broadband – Internet Connection delay fraudulent service

My ACT customer application form no is 291239. Mr. Prabhakar marketing executive of ACT has promised me that i will get broadband connection in 3days since same broadband connection is available in other flats of my building. i have called them after 3days since connection was not given. From customer care they have informed me that ACT provides connection within7 days only. Hence i waited for 7days .9th day i called them again.i got the reply that one of their engineer will call me.However none has called me. Somehow i have managed to find the phone number of ACT ENGINEER(ph no:8884437xxx) who provides connection.Whenever i call him He says today i will get connection or technical issues are there if solved i will call u back or activation instrument is with my colleague hence today not possible.i didn’t received the broadband connection yet and its almost 2weeks.

I am cheated. the company ACT i feel its fraudulent. I need my money back or instant broadband connection.its a non consumer friendly company
