I have been requesting for ACT Broadband internet cable replacement and I was assured that the complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. The ticket was closed without being addressed. Neither the technical team nor the Customer support reached me. I had to give a call back to check the status and came to know that the respective is already been closed and they raised a new ticket and assured again the problem will be rectified in within 24 hours. Even that ticket has been closed without rectifying the issue. It’s been already 4 days since I register the complaint and no one have looked in. The raised tickets are being simply closed and I kept on raising tickets to get this issue resolved. Moreover ACT telecom customer care number 040-66272xxx is not at all working and I always get my call disconnected. After a lot of retries I get their number connected and again the same thing is repeated (WITH IN 24 HOURS WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE) How many 24 hours the customer will have to wait for the issue to be resolved and able to access the internet.
I want my internet connection to be fixed and assured with minimal downtime and with notice.
