Sony Digital camera – Found defective many issues

Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that i have bought a Sony Digital camera (Sony WX220 cyber shot) on 27-05-2015, which i found to be defective when i just opened n try to use the same The LCD screen is found to be defective, the pixels were in improper condition. So in the contrary i visited sony service center where they told me they can only change the screen which i found to be as a foolish act as it was just a newly bought fresh product, and it was not even 7 days from the date of purchase. But i deposited my camera on sony service center (Advance Electronics, Sushant arcade, gurgaon) on 03-06-2015, with (JOB SHEET NO J51350821). As i am contacting Sony people via mail and at toll free number since 1st of May 2015, and they are not even bothered to reply back, and then even after i receive a call from the service center stating that sir please collect your product it is been repaired or we will not be responsible for that. I don’t understand that when i receive a defective product so why am not getting my product replaced, and the worse part that you are not even trying to contact me even once. please help me with the better solution. As i have not buy this new product to get it submitted in the service center. As I was not getting any proper reply from you, so i went today 20-06-2015, to collect my product, and what I see that they had hampered my product badly and now it is in a broken condition and they have tried to fix it with an adhesive, and they are forcing me to sign the JOB SHEET in which they succeeded and forcefully get the JOB SHEET signed from me stating that this service center is closed, and if you did not collect your product then we will not be responsible further, and if you want you can submit your product at some other service center. So I signed it and collect my broken product, then I went to 3 other service center’s in gurgaon but all of them where closed. Some how I get to (I connect branch near Kataria Chowk, Gurgaon), and then they were also saying that we will not accept your product we have not broke it. Then talking to an executive on toll free i submit my camera again on 20-06-2015 in a broken condition (JOB SHEET NO J51502221). I am also attaching all of my proofs further please get my product replaced at it earliest, as I have not invested my ?13000, just to deposit in in your stores, and get a lot of mental and physical pain.
