I have ordered action school shoes for my children 7 size 2 No’s in the name of my wife at our farm house Jamburdihapsi Indore, MP PIN 453112. Action estore had mentioned in their place if delivery Indore but while delivery they intimated my wife on her mobile number 96304XXX88 that item can’t be shipped on that pin code.

Items was booked vide order no. 100009784 DTD 16 Aug and rebooked again on 21Aug vide order 100009810. Rs.998 twice it means Rs.1996 they kept with them knowingly my money. My children very being scolded everyday for shoes. But a careless attitude was shown by action estore. I have expressed that am I BSF and away from them to reduce their hardship booked it online but due to this they are facing hardship. I lost money with hardship due this transaction. Action restore be imposed penalty for this and should remove the place name where they can’t ship items from place list.

For almost one week my money remains with them with out items which I had ordered. They haven’t returned the money to me. Compensation on the hardship faced by me my children as token of fault made by action estore
