We purchased AIRTEL SIM which got deactivated due to non submitting of enrollment form.But We, Recently submitted the required on 5th November. Still sim is not activated. Is this the service you people provide. SIM purchased in the name of MR.N. NAVEEN KUMAR SASTRY, DE-ACTIVATED SIM NO :810657882. Need an explanation.
