My number is 9938913859 this number was previously aircel but now it is airtel but the problem is that there is no outgoing call from this sim. Only incoming when im asking to 198 they are saying that this number is inactive you call 59059 if so then how could the incoming call is attempted? 59059 is not possibly called due to expired balance account. Whenever i ask they say document pending,i attempted to submit the document in airtel customer relationship centre in sahidnagar bhubaneswar the lady representative there totally a careless lady not at all listening to the problem of customer,she only blames the customer after long waiting. The airtel network is received from the dtd 6/11/13 but no recharge is possible due faulty upgradation the mnp sim was taken from big bazar airtel point on jail road cuttack odisha.
