sir, i dr dharmendra garg wish to say that i ordered online for a book to medical book seller lukhnow (Aditya Medical Books Distributors).the cost of book was rs.275+rs.100 delivery charges.total 375. i made a payment online of rs. 375.bit i did not received the book till today.i e- mailed the book seller for refund my money but he did not replied. sir, now i want to file a case against him. please file a case. this book seller harnessed me mentally..i want the full amount of money with compensation. thanks
