Dear Sir, I have purchased a New Mahindra XUV and While on return from Rajasthan on 16th June 2013 around 8pm 8.30pm I had purchased 63.27 Liters of DIESL from HP dealer Suraj Auto, NH8 Sector15, Part -II, Gurgaon through my CRedit Card The Car started showing indicator of Engine Malfunction and i immediately took the vehicle to the Mahindra Service Center. On verification it was found that the DIESEL was adulterated with Water and lot of Dust. It is really sad to find this and now i would have to incur significant cost for this… It is requested to immediately initiate proceedings against this Petrol Pump. IN the meantime pls also guide me where to initiate legal proceedings in the consumer court a I have also lodged complaint with Hindustan petroleum and the complaint no is 13000542 Rgds Ashish Maheshwari 9212100307
