Resp Sir, One of marketing agent name Prakash Sonar come to my clinic regading placing our advertisement through pamplet or making and distributing some kine of chart in Shraddha Mall Unit having various collabration with agencies like Bharati Easy Day Mall. He took money of Rs. 2000/- by cheque and till date he not has made any advertisement for same. we made lots of calls in last 5 months but he was just making sure that he will do in few days. then i asked him to return money he gave me cheque post dated but it bounced in bank due to reason telling that Funds Expected present. and i suffered from bank charges again. so hereby would like to register complaint against Shraddha Mall Nashik Advertising Unit not fulfilling consumer commitment

i expect that 1)he shall return all money with suitable fine charges as soon as possible 2)Make sure that they will not do this business again if not compatible 3) he might have took much money from others for big advertisement too
