sir,i am an army officer.i have applied for my credit card last year in april. every month they have been deducting rs 5000 as an fd for the card.they promised to send the card within a month but till now i havenot received the same.being an army officer i get minimum leave and every leave the visit the srinagar branch,lucknow to get an input on the same.have met the manager twice but still the problem remains unsolved.have posted complains on sbi site thrice but still in vain. everytime i call them their reply is that they would reply back but nothing is done from the banks side.I have informed them about my nature of duty still no action has been taken by the bank.

My bank account is debited for rs 5000 plus every month as an fd to the credit card but i cant use that money as i don’t have the card with me and that money is not available to me. Secondly so many repeated requests to the bank and the concerned people for rectifying the issue on phone, visiting them personally has also caused economic implications.
