I have been using icici credit card from long time and i have swipped the card and converted into EMI’s and paid all the EMI’s on time, after that without my notice they have provided me ICICI prudential life insurance and at the same time we have informed to bank stating that i have never buy any life insurance and why did you swipped the card without our notice, they said that they will inquire and get back to us, but we diidnt got any update from them and now they are harrassing us day and night by calling and using abuse words. I request you to take an serious action on them, so that, no one will face this issue again. The card was issued to me in 2006. Card ending with XXXX XXXX XXXX 0002

Harassing us day and night to pay the amount which was not used by us, i have even said them if you provide me the proofs and signature, i will pay, but they failed to do it. kindly take serious action on them and see that no normal citizen face this kind of harassment
