Dear Sir / Madam,
I “Rajesh Kumar Verma” is using Reliance CDMA prepaid service since Feb’10, I have activated the STD night calling terriff (69 Rs per month) in my mobile no. 9328621390, So reliance to reliance STD calls are free at late night hours (11:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
Since 26th Aug’10, this facility has sudden stopped working and call charges @ 50 paisa per minute has deducted from my prepaid balance. I thought may be due to some problem it has happened so I have again recharged my balance and put the new terriff of 69 Rs. But Night calling facility didn’t get activated.
For this I have talked to Reliance Webworld office, Jamnagar they have told that they have launched a complaint to customer care for nothing has happened, I have put a mail to their customer care but they are also not able to solve the problem.
I have tried to call to their customer care also, but the call never reaches to their representatives, it automatically gets cut-off.

I have taken a new no 9374469706 and activated the night calling terriff at this no also. Today 11/09/10, I have recharged the no with Rs. 350 but the SMS has come on my that no. has been recharged with Rs 0.01 and payable is Rs. 350.
I was again trying to contact customer care but call automatically gets cut.

And, their Reliance webworld persons never gives their office no.
I am working with Essar Oil Ltd, Jamnagar, So it is very difficult for me to go there every time.

Please do something,
