Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my credit card (icici bank) and we have icici bank pletinum credit card
we have two policy from birla sun life insurance
one policy have taken my wife(suman lata) and 2nd policy (yogendra kumar)

but we taken the facility from icici bank paid the yearly premium trough credit card
icici credit cards paid the premium monthly installment Rs-3009/-
they have paid two installment Rs-(2×3009) against my wife policy

2nd policy
icici bank have paid six installment Rs-30009X6 against my policy
icici bank charge from me in monthly statement and shown in statement

but birla sun life insurance company is saying we have not received any payment against your both policy & they have not send renewal document six month has been lelt from renewal date.

icici bank is saying we have paid to birla sun life

total policy amount Rs-18000/-
i have paid one premium to birla sun file
