I get 1 call everyday from HDFC bank to avail their credit card in spite of being registered for the Do Not Disturb facility with Airtel in Delhi. I requested them 2-3 times to stop calling me but I have received calls again and again everyday in the following order:

I carry HSBC Platinum credit card and an additional card on this. The additional card was blocked on 16/07/2011. After blocking there has been fraudulent transctions on this blocked card on 19 July and 24 sept.2011. The total amount of this fraudulent transactions is INR 21000+. I have asked for a credit card on 29th Sept. Since I needed the same urgently, I was told that it can be arranged in 7 working days if I give a fixed deposit to them. Accordingly, I gave a cheque of 90,000 to Kotak Mahindra as fixed deposit and expected the card to reach me by at least 10 days. I have deposited a cheque no.757731 dated 06/09/2010 amounting to Rs.9199.71 Drawn on State bank of Indore, Bani park branch Jaipur,at ICICI Bank ATM ,B-6, Subhash nagar, Shopping Center, jaipur-302018. Hi, Standard Chartered bank executives keep calling me offering me a Manhattan Platinum Credit Card. I already have a Manhattan Platinum CC and informed them about it. Have requested them to remove my name from the list and have even complained to their Head of Services Mr. Balu.
I have done no purchases by using the card but the bank is charging falsely ,i have already contacted their call centre several times ,but the bank is not taking my concern instead ,the bank has been adding penalty after after penalty and the initial false bill of 900/ rupees is now 4200/-
please help me sir in getting out from this fraud by the bank.

The inquiry is always for some Mr. Omprakash Lamba. I have not taken any credit from SBI and also I do not know any person by this name.
