I Purchased your mobile karbonn a15 from local mobile shop (gulati telecom address 42-main market,nangal township ropar)bill no-1142 at 2-03-2013 .after 9 month my mobile has been dead .and i submitted in your authorise service centre(sham electronics ,address-near canara bank,nangal road,UNA(H.P) at 3-12-2013 .He tells me your mobile dead and has to send this to karbonn company in delhi and also tells me its a procedure of 3 months .after submitting my mobile i go to home and wait some days .after waiting 23 day i call in service centre owner to sham at 26-12-2013 to about my mobile’s status ,now today he tells me that your mobile is in my shop and he ask me can i send your mobile to karbonn company in delhi.he also tells me same line its a 3month procedure.the problem is that my mobile warrenty remains only 2 months .please sir help me to getting out of this situation.my email id- vishal.vs456@gmail.com My contact no-+919418238296.
