I had purchased a micromax 3G tab, i had started facing problem in its power does not switch on ,Charging Battery no chrging, and had submited on Satguru communication. (authorised service center) for repair on 01/10/13 but till 26/12/13 the handset is not ready and the service center person is saying it will take more 30 days its really frustuating…i will be highly grateful is you will take some action about this matter..plz help Job sheet no. Deer micromax i had bought Micromax canvas lite a92 (05/07/2013) On 22/11/2013 due to some fault i submit my phone to
district center branch in solution world. They told me they will replace my phone in 10 to 15 day and now 1 month gone and they told me that there is shortage of parts. Kindly inform your service agent about my problem otherwise i will make a complaint in district consumer court and i also have full right to sue you under 1986 right to consumer act.
