This is to bring to your kind notice that i had taken a policy last year through one of your Marketing Executive.I am happy that i have invested my hard earned money in Kotak Mahindra as it is known to be most reliable bank in India.But its very shameful to inform you that the person through whom i had taken this plan turned out to be fraud as he had taken Rs5000 from me and promised me that very soon i wll have a bank account in Kotak Mahindra which is not yet done. I called him several times but he ignores my call.So i am imploring you to kindly take rigorous action against this person and let me know as soon as as possible.
