Against Peoplelink Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd

I work at Rishi Valley Education Center, Krishnamurti Foundation India. we purchased a conference device from Peoplelink Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. It is videoconferencing solution provider, the head office is located in Hyderabad. We purchased conference device model i100 on 26th Nov 2012. It was couriered to Rishi Valley. When we started using it, we were not happy with the device, the voice quality was very low, it was not functioning properly. Because of our tight schedule we did not contact the company immediately and we continued using our mobiles phones for all our conference calls. On 19 April 2013, customer case person from Peoplelink called be to take feedback on the device, I explained the executive that we are not using the device because of its bad performance. On the same day, one technical person called me from the company to check the device, while guiding me through phone. Technician declared that the phone is faulty, it has some issues and I should to send it back to the company for replacement. As per the discussion, I couriered the device back to the company on 21st of April,2013 through DTDC service. For two weeks there was no response from them, most of the time I had to call them to check the update and progress, they were supposed to send back the device within one week. Whenever I was calling them they were giving some kind of explanation. And company decided not to replace but repair the same piece.

After long time, they couriered the device to me and I received it on 13th of May. Company called me to confirm the delivery and during the call, I requested the executive to give a schedule a demonstration and testing call by company technician. After the schedule was fixed, no one called me on the day, I had to call them back to remind them about the test and demo call. I again scheduled a call for next day. During the call the technician noticed that still the device had some problems, twice it happened that the technician told me that he will call be back but never called me again. Having all this bad experience, I thought I should inform this to the first person, Mr. Mayank (sales manager) who was the first contact person for purchasing the device. I wrote a detailed mail to Mr. Mayank on May 14, there was no response from him, when I called him after two days, he told that he was out of town he did not check his mails and he told that he will look at the issue and he will update me but there was no response from him. I searched the email Id of CEO of peoplelink, I dropped him an email, explaining about the issue, I Cced Mr. Manish Kumar, who is vice president sales & operations but there was no response from any of them to my mail. On 18th May I called the customer care of peoplelink, again they told the same thing that they are looking at the issue. Till now not the product is replace nor it is rectified.
