Airtel Overcharging of Bill

Sir, i have been using Airtel mobile postpaid service for more than one year. I had changed my plan from 299/- to 399/- on 15 march of this year. I have also been using GPRS pack of 199/- since i started using this service. This pack provides me 2 GB of usage free. My GPRS plan gets updated every month automatically. But when i changed my plan on 15 march, my service provider (Airtel)stopped the GPRS pack without my permission and never informed me by any call. They just sent a message that my “GPRS has been stopped”, but it actually never stopped until march end. I was using internet thinking that i have GPRS pack. Due to this my bill for the March-April came 7777/-. For generating this high bill my service provider (Airtel) first stopped my GPRS pack and then charged my internet usage as 10p/kb. That is why my internet charges came more than 7000/-. They stopped my outgoing calls and msgs. And from today they have also stopped incoming calls also. So i request you sir to pay some attention on my complaint and teach the lesson to these frauds (service providers)who are always ready to cheat their customers by evil means. Thanking you. S. M.
