i have applied for new broadband cum tel. connection of relaince in name of Aekanti Roy Garg at 1259/11, panchkula. representative of the co. promised me to issue tel. no. 3069000 or 3969000. co. installed a broadband cum tel. connection at my premises with the no. 3010270 and promised me to change it in 2 or three days from 3010270 to required nos. 3069000 or 3969000. I also found that my said no was also registered in another name which i don’t know. when i contacted customercare of reliance they refused to register my compliant as my registration was under other name. after two days my said connection was also disconnected and no one was registering my complaint.
