Kindly note my car Hyundai Ascent HR 18 A 2502, White colors was insured through M/S Reliance General Insurance on 1st January 2010 Through Policy No. 1907792311007821 .

Sir, the same car was theft on 12th January, information of which was given immediately to concerned Police Station. As well as to the insurance company… FR of said report and other relevant documents related to my claim have been submitted which were demanded by your surveying company. But I am disappointed to mention that in spite of my regular follow up with insurance company, my claim of said car has not been settled so far. Sir, every time I call to reliance staff’s am asked for different documents and different excuses are mentioned for delay of settlement.

After 23rd March M/S Parkhi Risk Evaluators, Investigation Company of Reliance Insurance gave me call and asked me to settle the case at 2.40Lac while the car was insured at 3.00 Lacs. When I refused the offer, he threatened to delay the settlement and I will be facing unnecessary harassment from the company. Which I am really going through…
