against reliance money for unjustified limit card charges

very regret to say that you are neither writing a single line on my email ID nor make a phone call on my mobile, I have lodge so many online query on customer support. or customer greiavance cell about my unjustified charges made on 31.07.2009 of Rs. 13000/- please sort out the problem to talk with me. but please talk to me only competent authority who look after the ruling of limit card.
I want to talk (telephonically) with the competent authority who look after the working of limit card. As my account has been dedbited with an amount of Rs. 13000/- on 31.07.2009 for 26 PR-500 limit card imposed in a single day as I trade with a impression that roll over facility is available in Pr-500 card. Otherwise who wants to made so much heavy trading with PR-500. when we may get trading of Rs. 90.00 lacs intra day with just Rs. 1000/- bimonthly limit card. So this is the case of misunderstanding. please review my case. And charge an amount of Rs. 1000/- bimonthly limit card on dated 29.07.2009. balance amount Rs. 12000/- must be credit within 24 hours. If you want to maintain further trading with your valuable customers.

If you can not credit my amount. I have to option, No. (a) I close my account, and You will loose a valuable customer (b) I may go in further complaints like SEBI, Or conusmer Court.

So, It is my final Complaint with you, because no person or e-mail responding me.
