I m Bhushan V. Satpute is Advisor of U.I.I.CO. Ltd. Since last 2 month My (License No. 6055465,code is 60/707), i m facing problem regarding non coparation towards our policy queries and delaying in printing policy documents which fails us to fullfill our customers satisfaction, from staff of medical Sqr. branch (Br. code 230900),( D.O. 03.) They are not even bother to answer our question why this delay happened, we regularly have to wait 2 days for a policy documents where there is no need to delay the same , earlier we use to get the policy docs in the same day itself from the same branch.
Sir, i m request you to please do the need full action for the same.
