Dear sir,

i have purchased a spice mobile set m2525 on dt. 05/03/2010. After 3months, found its software hang and some networking problem. Bat no. 2009110585030100. On may last i submitted mobile on hotspot mobile centre , sadar bazar jhansi. But till date ,my mobile not refund to me. I purchased this set for double sim purpose and also i am working in customer care department in tata motors group.lot of calls were lost of customer.

So i request you to look forward this problem

give me suggestion what can i do ?
