I took the service for shifting of my bike from Delhi to Pune. The bike was handed over to the Agrawal home solutions on 07.07.2015 with a commitment to deliver it within 4 to 5 days, but still it is not delivered, its been almost a month. No one is responding from service provider that why it is not yet delivered, some time the are saying that they shipped it with some other package movers.Sometimes they say the have transported another bike. Situation of ambiguity is causing a mantel harassment to me (sender) as well as to my family, we are unable to concentrate on our work, called almost 100 times to the service provider.
